Mayor Bell has led our city for the past 10 years and his leadership has been forever stamped on Durham’s history. We honor the Mayor with a beer we hope is as honorable as the man. This Brown Ale is very full-bodied with a higher alcohol content, so watch out and savor accordingly. Light caramel with a hint of tobacco and citrus fruit, the Big Brown Ale is like a chewy fig wrapped in a lightly toasted graham cracker crust. Very American in style, it is best suited with our Bacon & Blue burger or with any meaty flavors. Definitely one to try near the end of a session if drinking more than one beer.
